Overview
The rope triceps press-down is a cable isolation exercise for the back of the upper arm. It is simple to load progressively when the elbows remain still.
How to Do It
- Attach a rope to a high pulley and take a small step back.
- Start with elbows bent and tucked beside the ribs.
- Press the rope down by straightening the elbows.
- Separate the rope ends slightly only if it stays comfortable.
- Return slowly without letting the elbows drift forward.
